Venturi Tube Demonstration Apparatus - Includes 2 Clamps - For Experimentation in Fluid Velocity & Pressure - Eisco Labs

The Venturi tube demonstration shows students the relationship between fluid velocity and pressure. Small tubes extend from each narrow section and each wider section of the main tube. When a U-shaped manometer is connected to the small tubes and air is blown through the main tube, the air speeds up and the pressure drops as it enters the narrow section. The change in pressure is shown by a change in the fluid levels in the manometer.

Includes demonstration apparatus, 2 clamps and instructional manual.

The apparatus measures 12.75" tall, 17.75" wide and 5" long.

Required materials for experiment (not included): Water and/or fluids of various densities, food coloring, and paper towels. (optional materials: air source and alcohol.)
