Eisco Labs Small Air Core Solenoid

Eisco Labs Small Solenoid is wound with 700 turns of insulated copper wire and designed to carry 1.6 amps continuously or 5 amps intermittently. For use with up to 9 volts. It is excellent for studying electricity and magnetism in experiments requiring an external magnetic field. It has an inner diameter of 1.77 inches and length of 5.9 inches allowing for insertion of an experimental apparatus into its magnetic field.
